We have been using Autos Flores a family run car hire business now for almost 20 years after walking past their shop/offices on Fuengirola promenade. The service has always been excellent and as a regular customer their prices are very competitive. During our time in Spain recently we were unfortunate to be involved in a head on collision resulting in a nasty accident which we were very lucky to walk away from. I feel compelled to write this review as we wanted to let everyone know how superb they were when dealing with this awful situation. We were dealt with quickly and they showed care and compassion with the whole situation to which we were not at fault. From the accident happening including the time spent with the police (who were also excellent), the ambulance staff, the recovery vehicle and the replacement car from Autos Flores was only one and half hours. If you are looking to rent a car along the Marbella coast these are the guys to look at!
Fantastic service and very friendly staff. I mixed up the dates of the return and when I realised it and called them on the night of the agreed return day I was told not to worry and that I could return the car the next morning without any extra charges.

We have rented twice from Flores and been very pleased indeed. Jose really does do everything he can to fulfil your needs for instance the last time we hired he even came to meet us at the shop on a national holiday to make sure we got our car. Additionally there are no hidden costs and insurance is fully comprehensive included in the price. Top notch service.
We use to queue at the airport for a hire car, but now we save time and money with Auto Flores. All booked on line prior to the visit. One of their men in an orange shirt meets you at the entrance to the airport, a short stroll to the car and you are off. Pay then or pop into the Office on Fuengirola Seafront. Our car this time was a virtually new corsa only 2000 kilometres on the clock. Superbly clean.On the return just take it to the airport, lock it and leave the keys text where you have parked and walk away. SIMPLE! This time my husband locked it with the keys in as instructed but forgot to pick up his glasses. No problem, I called the office and within 2 minutes their rep drove to us and we opened the car and there they were. Just superb service.AND if you pick it up half full, bring it back half full. NO RIP OFF buying a tank of fuel you might not use. JUST GREAT
